How to learn tarot
You don’t need to be a professional tarot reader to get clear messages from a deck of tarot cards. If tarot wants to speak to you, it will find a way. You can speed the process with a little fun learning.
Most tarot decks come with little explanatory books (little white books or LWBs as they’re called in the trade). You’d be well advised to put these away. Instead, find a good tarot book1 and learn everything you can from it before picking up another. If you have questions, ask for help from some of the friendly people on the Aeclectic Tarot forums. Tarot people are generally friendly and glad to help.
How this eBook came to be
Before putting the time into creating it, I ran two spreads.
The first was the Yes/No/13 spread, which is an excellent way to check a decision. Is this a good idea? This yielded Ace – Ace – Ace, which is an unqualified YES confirmation.
Next I pulled one card with the simple question, Advice? This yielded the 7 of Cups, which to me indicated that I should include people from many different areas of life including entertainers, athletes, scientists, models, politicians and business people. I’ve kept this as a primary goal in the creation of this eBook.
